Decision In Principle – 6 hours

New applications will be acknowledge on the day of receipt

A request for all outstanding information will be emailed within 48 hours of receipt of the application.

All outstanding information will be chased every 3 working days

All incoming post will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt

We will advise you when the case has been submitted to the lender and of the expected timescale to offer.

We will chase the lender every 2 working days for the outstanding offer.

All offers will be faxed/emailed to you

Once the offer has been issued the completions team will call you to discuss any outstanding mortgage conditions.

All telephone calls/emails will be responded to within 2 hours
